Support, Healing, and Growth.

My graduate training focused on navigating relationship dynamics, increasing emotional intelligence, and understanding behavior change in order to successfully guide people toward their goals. Though most importantly, my own experience of being an imperfect human and undergoing my own personal growth has crafted me into the therapist that I am today. At my core, I am just like you! I have lived through my own struggles and know first hand the immense benefit that in-depth therapy can provide. I commit to empowering my clients toward meaningful change and I realize that therapy is an investment in personal growth.

My goal is to help you gain practical tools to manage anxiety and stress, build your resiliency in the face of change, and identify the root cause of your concerns through exploratory therapeutic work. Together, we will work toward increasing your confidence and identifying coping skills that are truly effective to help you become in line with your best self.

I am a person-focused therapist and thus I approach our work together with curiosity and thoughtful questioning in order to support you in seeing your problem in a new light. My clients often say I’m relatable and that their sessions leave them feeling deeply seen, heard, and understood. I love leading clients towards those “a-ha” moments when they need them the most.
