  • There are a few options.

    1) Many people have out-of-network (oon) insurance benefits that they are unaware of. You can call your insurance company to find out if you have oon mental health benefits. If so, I can provide you with a superbill to seek reimbursement.

    2) If you still want to work with me as your therapist, you can pay my cash pay rate.

  • Prior to your appointment, you will complete online intake paperwork with questions related to your interests and goals for therapy. In our first appointment, I will review this information with you. The first session is an "information gathering" and "get to know you" session. It won't feel quite like real therapy yet. We are still getting to know each other!

  • No! I love working with couples but working with individuals is my favorite. Being an LAMFT means that I have extra training in relational therapy. This comes in handy when treating childhood trauma, and relationship struggles, and identifying how your family of origin plays into who you are today.

  • Yes! I have years of experience working with emerging adults/college students and also the LGBTQ+ population!

  • Yes! I offer a free 15 minute consultation.

  • Yes! I see clients face to face in an office in the North End of Boise and through telehealth anywhere in Idaho!
